About Taco Express Peabody
Taco Express Peabody serves authentic Mexican food, including tacos, burritos, enchiladas and quesadillas, in Peabody, Massachusetts. Owner and Head Chef Frank Martino leads our kitchen. Chef Fernando Molina prepares meats and sauces using traditional recipes rooted in his grandmother’s Mexican cooking, alongside recipes developed by the team.
Owner Frank Martino created the Eatery 58 food hall at Mills 58 and also owns Frankie’s Slice Pizzeria and Martino Pasta Bar at the same location, along with The Commons 1854 wedding venue in downtown Topsfield. His son owns Capito Coffee, a coffee roaster with a café across the hall. Frank has studied pizza, handmade pasta, gelato and coffee in Italy, including training in Parma, Bologna and Naples, as well as New York-style pizza in New York. He brings that same attention to detail to Taco Express, continually refining recipes and carefully reviewing ingredients and sourcing with the team.
